• Future Services: This agreement applies to any additional services that Autoflex Mobile may offer in the future.

3. Eligibility

4. Service Scheduling, Access, and Authorizations

• Booking and Appointments: All service appointments must be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by other authorized means. You agree to provide accurate details including your location and vehicle information.

• Safe and Legal Access: It is your responsibility to ensure that our technicians have safe and legal access to your vehicle. This includes authorizing and ensuring our access to the area where your vehicle is located.

• Consent to Work on the Vehicle: By scheduling a service, you give your explicit consent for Autoflex Mobile and its technicians to operate and perform maintenance or repairs on your vehicle.

• Securing Personal Belongings: You are responsible for removing or securing all personal belongings from your vehicle. Autoflex Mobile is not liable for any missing, lost, or stolen items.

5. Payment and Billing

• Subscription Fees: Monthly subscription fees are automatically billed at the start of each billing cycle. All subscription fees are non-refundable as detailed in our Refund Policy.

• One-Time Service Fees: Fees for one-time services will be due at the time of booking or upon service delivery. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, debit cards, and any other payment methods indicated on our website.

• Accuracy of Billing Information: You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information is accurate and up-to-date. Failure to maintain current information may lead to service interruptions or cancellation.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time following the prescribed cancellation procedures. Please note that service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be provided.

• One-Time Services: Cancellations for one-time services must follow the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking. Typically, payments for one-time services are non-refundable, except in extraordinary circumstances determined on a case-by-case basis.
